The goal of this practical 10-week online course is to build a complete orienteering program for your camp.

Participating camp leaders will learn about the sport and a progression of skill-developing activities, tailor an orienteering program for their camp, create a staff training program, and build an equipment list. Participants will learn how to get an orienteering map made of their camp, how to create course maps for the various activities, and how to find resources to support a camp orienteering program. The format will be a mix of asynchronous work, online classes, and one-on-one meetings with the instructors. Currently we plan to run this course from January to March 2026.
