About the Event
Join us this August 5, 2026 at Richard McKinnon State Park for an evening of orienteering fun! Teams and pairs will travel the park, looking for checkpoints using a special map. Keep your eyes open and scan the horizon, or else you might run into a sneaky shark out to cause some trouble. Good luck! 🦈
Dress to impress for an ocean adventure! Beach clothes, ocean colors, shark tees, rash guards, or Hawaiian shirts... wear whatever you've got at home to show off your ocean style!
This is a fun activity for all ages - all experience levels are welcome!
Advance registration is required as a waiver needs to be completed for all participants.
Participants must be in a team of 2 to 5 people (larger family groups with small children are fine).

Registration is free thanks to support from the Cambridge Public Health Department’s Health Promotion Mini-Grant Program. We encourage a suggested donation of $5 per person to support our educational mission. Each participant needs their own ticket with their name on it - if you are purchasing a ticket for a minor, make sure to put their name as the participant.
